In 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, creative entrepreneurial friends, Taylor Small and Sofia Carlson came together to establish Be Good.

The company curates events that strengthen community and showcase Nashville's makers, artists, and vintage dealers. In congruence with their name, many of these events are focused on giving back to the community in which they operate and forming creative relationships through editorial work, art shows, and more.

Our mission is to gather & collaborate in meaningful ways.

Want us to host your next event or bring your creative vision to life?

Be Good curates events to foster community, make the hard work of creatives & makers more accessible and create new opportunities for all to collaborate. Through these relationships, and our combined skills of styling, producing, and matchmaking - we offer creative services from events, styling to full shoot coordination.

Count me in!

Be Good was formed on friendship & community.

In all that we continue to do as a brand, we hope this shines through.

  • Sofia Carlson

    PARTNER

    Operations | Communications | Stylist & Designer

Sofia is a treasure hunter and matchmaker. Her favorite pastime has always been to find a piece that is perfectly unique and in harmony with someone’s style and make the divine match. Why not do it full-time and for everyone?

In Nashville for almost 5 years, Sofia struggled to find her “people” and never thought a pandemic would help her finally find her place. Making the leap from the hospitality world in 2020, Sofia began exploring the vintage world and is amazed with the friendships it has built.

Be Good is a nexus of creatives, makers and curators to make all of that possible. We are a happy little symbiotic family.

When Sofia isn’t planning and hosting events, she’s a producer and wardrobe stylist.

  • Taylor Small

    PARTNER

Marketing & Brand Engagement | Partnerships | Stylist & Designer

With a background in brand building, design, marketing and social media - Taylor is an entrepreneur at heart.

As a novice in the vintage world, her interests were in the events side of things. Selling vintage online lacked what initially drew her to that world - the interaction with buyers and the friendships formed was what felt most meaningful. In-person markets create a unique platform for sellers, one that is accessible regardless of income or brand equity and allows for creative partnerships to form.

Cue, Be Good - a fun, inclusive event for artists, musicians, sellers and creators of all kinds to strengthen relationships with one another and the community.

Be Good is one of 3 business Taylor operates. Outside of vintage and events, she freelances marketing/social media services and runs a plant design business here in Nashville, Oasis Design.
